Our Mission
More Than Bread Global Missions is a non-profit christian organization in Boston, MA, that focuses on meeting the needs of underserved populations. Needs include but are not limited too, basic necessities for living such as food and shelter, as well as connecting individuals with resources in their communities that support their social service needs in the areas of healthcare, education, employment, housing, counseling and mental health.
Our Team
Our team shares the same belief which is ... we can all do something to make someone else's life better. At MTB global we don't believe in one-size-fits all. Our team consist of health care professionals, social workers, electricians, architects, college students, middle and high schoolers, law enforcement officers, stay-at-home parents, retirees, entrepreneurs and just about anything else you can imagine. What unites the MTB Global team is our shared passion to share the love of God through helping to improve the quality of life of our fellow neighbors both near and far. We realize that every God given gift and acquired skill can be use to the benefit of others. Our goal is to help change the course of someone's life for the better.
MTB Global Health Initiative
MTB Global Health Initiative's goal is to help end health care disparities among underserved populations and to bring awareness to the benefits and impact of healthy nutrition on quality of life. Food deserts are a reality in many communities across our nation. Our goal is to partner with local farmers and organizations to bring healthy food options to communities in need. We desire to work with local churches and community organizations to bring awareness to the healing properties of healthy food and its impact on overall wellness. We are currently conducting free informative blood pressure clinics in the community if you would like to schedule a clinic at your church or community organization please complete the form under the MTB Global Health link.
